  Free Transportation to the (EPSDT) Exam

If you are in the SoonerCare or Medicaid fee-for-service program,call SoonerRide (877) 404-4500 or (800) 722-0353 TDD, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday. SoonerCare is free and will take you and your child or children to your Medicaid appointment. You must call SoonerCare at least three days before your child’s appointment.
